A Day in the Life with Spot AI

Customer Story | Camel Express Car Wash

Goal: Build a testimonial video series that inspires prospects to consider Spot AI for their business
Strategy: Center the customer as the hero and Spot AI as the sidekick
Consideration: Minimize disruption to our customer’s place of business

Tactics:

  • Produce the first story of the series with a supportive customer who is also an industry influencer

  • Film in Nashville on-site at a customer’s car wash

  • Shoot interviews in car wash tunnel after hours to achieve a unique + authentic backdrop and our own sound stage, while also minimizing disruption to customer’s business

  • Build an emotional connection with the business and it’s mission: capture the origin story of COO, Tyler Slaughter, and introduced Training Director John Sproul and Sales & Fleet Manager Devario Parson

  • Showcase what a day at Camel looks like with Spot AI
