In addition to new corporate and product messaging, it was now more important than ever to present our customer stories in a more impactful way on the web. To achieve this, I elevated Customers to the primary navigation and revisited how we communicate our success stories. New, card-based approach offers basic information on each customer at a glance, highlighting the Ooyala Solution and impact Ooyala made on their business. The new format provides users a clear view  of Ooyala customers and how they've benefitted from Ooyala technologies—providing a clear, expected and thereby more frictionless experience to site visitors.

The existing structure of our online resources underutilized the great thought leadership content, white papers, webinars and other industry reports we invested so much time and resource to create in the first place. Redesign integrates News, Blog, Webinars, White Papers, Industry Reports and Case Studies—putting Marketing content in one easy-to-access location. The new structure / UX encouraged greater engagement and clickthrough rates across various resource types, boosted conversions of lead-gen content, improved search and provided for overall more intuitive experience.

The Ooyala Flex Media Platform offers the 'full spectrum' for customers via modular application technologies integrating harmoniously to deliver picture-perfect content. The brand identity and visual design thinking is born from this concept where the color wheel is a metaphor for the platform's ability to offer customers limitless possibilities.
